Watching the time
Rustling away
From the edges of my fingertips
Oh if I could freeze in this
Sparkling bliss;
I wish
To linger on your aroma
Slink on my existence
For few more moments
I know I haven’t spoken anything yet
And this bit by bit evaporating magic
Is getting me encircled
In fear of eventual loss
Don’t you see?
I don’t want you to go today.

Ah it feels
I need to inhale more oxygen
Fuel in some courage in my lungs
Or is it the death wish
That could be easily sanctioned?
I’m not sure.
Why do we necessarily need the words
When eyes can communicate even better
I know the end of this ecstasy
Could emerge anytime
And I haven’t been speaking but
Don’t you see?
I don’t want you to go.
Not today.
Not ever.
