  1. You’ve done a magnificent job =) Both with the form and with the emotional depth you have managed to covey so concisely

    1. Really? Thank you!
I found a website that can count syllables for me. 😉

    2. I have used those too, Though often I check with the dictionary when I am uncertain about a word

    3. 🙂
I’ve enjoyed it very much while writing. Your challenges are very engaging. Kudos for that 🙂

this is interesting – your timing is fortuitous. my days have been like this – replete with silence and blood. only difference is the voluntary – i am tired of having no one to speak with – or, let me rephrase that – be with.

    1. Oh.
I use to be in sort of similar situations too but most of the time it is volunteered. For you I wish this chain breaks real soon. XX
P.S. This would be my first successful Haiku 🙂

  3. Amazing…. Just…. Amazing!

    1. Thank you Val!
      Hope you are well!

    2. All is well love thanks!

    3. Great!
I hope to read your new poem sooner 🙂

    4. Ha! And you shall =-)

  4. Profoundly beautiful 🙂

    1. My first shot on Haiku 😀
      Thank you 🙂

I love this, it might be your first shot at haikus, but it reaches me and it’s great.

    1. A positive response from you means I must have done it great. Thank you 🙂

    2. Oloriel says:

I only ever wrote 1 haiku in my life, so I am not the one to consult on meter and such, but from a reader perspective, I do absolutely love it. It makes me think and feel and thats what I want from any form of writing 😀

    3. Why 1 only?! I would love to read many more (since now I understand the logic better) from you.

I’m gonna write more of those. 🙂

    4. Oloriel says:

I am rpeparing my 2nd one for this prompt 😀 I am a wise-ass, I rarely ever shut up, so haiku is often to short for me, I want to keep writing 😀

    5. Lol. Trust me, I know where you’re coming from 🙂 I have been there.
I like the idea of taming the words in rules because when they start to flow you don’t have control at all. It is like being hardcore disciplined with them for a Haiku. It’s very interesting.

I’m looking forward to your 2nd one. You’re always awesome.

  6. How can one not bleed… indeed!? Interesting thoughts. Well-penned. 🙂

    1. Glad it reached you. Thank you Anmol!
