Intuition

The anguish you’ve been carrying with you
is travelling across the mountains and the oceans
what you’ve been thinking about
what if I say, the clouds here are showering the same emotions

my sixth sense ain’t lie to me
somehow I smell the danger and the bad
but I’m just the man
who can not act without being dead sure instead

and how I wish to be around you
to see into your eyes
to try and find the reason
you’re hiding in disguise
because when I ask you
All you tell me is a lie

you think about me, my sleep interrupts
you start feeling bad I feel restless
what you’ve been worried about
what if I say, the morning breeze here blows the same distress

my heart shrinks in agony
when I feel you’re going away
but I’m still not sure
how to convey this message, what to say?

and how I wish to be around you
to see into your eyes
to try and find the reason
you’re hiding in disguise
because when I ask you
all you tell me is a lie

and I hate my intuitions
for giving me all these creepy vibes.

  1. Simply beautiful.

  2. intuition can be a friend but an enemy. Mine is typically always spot on. this is a great piece – about what it can do…

  3. Intuition is such a powerful tool, when one discovers the proper use of it inside oneself. I absolutely love it, how your poems sound like music, like lyrics, like soothing lullaby, no matter, if they are sad or happy.
Wonderful and I’m so lucky to be a part of WP to read this.
