Alone not Lonely

I have walked through the eggshells

It has rained all over me

People thought that I won’t survive

But it feels good to be alive

There is no reason to smile

But hold it there

Let me smile for this while

‘Coz nothing else has remained to do

I have already enough cried

May I didn’t know

How would it feel to lose the One and the Only

I have seen it all now

Yeah, I am alone

But not lonely

I am dreaming with open eyes

My feet are on the ground

Broken pieces have already chimed much

Now they don’t make any sound

Insecurities can’t eat me anymore

I have ate them all

After many crashed landings and disastrous falls

Now is the time to fly

I talk with angel lips whenever I want

Beautiful eyes get me up all night

There is a long long way to go ahead

And I am going to walk it boldly

Yeah I am alone

But not lonely

I like the honesty of this piece. I also love the overall message. I too am alone, but I’m not lonely.
