Baby and Butterfly

Long time ago,

There was a baby,

Shy & Innocent,

New place,

No one known,

No toys,

Had no friends,

So alone was he,

And so very sad,

He also wanted things,

Other kids had,

Everything made him cry,

Then one day he saw a butterfly,

He watched her for a moment,

Her beauty was so pleasant,

He got her onto his hands,

And soon they became friends,

They play all day together,

From the remaining world,

He became unaware,

When he doesn’t see her,

He used to have fear,

That she’s got bored and disappeared,

Then she comes suddenly,

Says it was just the eye spy,

Seeing tears in baby’s eyes,

She makes him cheer,

And there goes his fear,

They start playing again,

But the story does not end here,

Eventually something happens,

For what the baby had fear,

Butterfly gets away,

Without telling him why,

She doesn’t come back,

No matter how hard he cries,

She gets another kid,

To play with,

Leaving the baby by his own,

So alone is he now,

But he’s managed not to cry,

He does not want anything else,

Maybe, just another butterfly.
